Today, I offer stretch and flexibility training as well as space organizing, creating supportive environments where clients can move with freedom, breathe with ease, and thrive with clarity.

Enhance your mobility, release tension, and improve overall body alignment with guided stretch classes in a calming atmosphere. My flexibility training helps you move with ease, prevent injury, and create a stronger mind-body connection—supporting both everyday wellness and peak performance.

Class Sessions

  • Thursdays @ 7:00 PM

  • Saturdays @ 10:00 PM

What to Bring to Your Stretch Class

  • Yoga mat 

  • Water bottle 

  • Comfortable clothing (that allows free movement—leggings, shorts, or workout gear)

  • Small towel 

  • Yoga strap or resistance band (if you have one—useful for assisted stretches)

  • Light sweater or socks (optional, for relaxation/cool-down at the end)

Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to relax into movement!
